ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2021

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 28 April 2021 at our HQ at Joon Koon.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, shareholders could not attend the AGM in person. Shareholders were able to participate in the AGM by (a) watching the AGM proceedings via “live” webcast or listening to the AGM proceedings via “live” audio feed.

3 of our main board members, Mr Pao Kiew Tee; Independent Chairman, Mr James Liew; Co-founder and Group CEO and Mr Liew Chern Yean; Executive Director were physically in the HQ conference room chairing the virtual meeting. We would like to take the chance to thank all our shareholders for their continued confidence, our business partners who have given us their unwavering support and all our employees for their hard work and dedication in these challenging times.

For the year 2021, we will continue to deliver sustainable long term value to all our stakeholders and business partners.
